Event Anomaly
Nama event dan hasil capture tidak sinkron, Hasil capture menunjukkan "Distracted Warning" tetapi di laporan di tulis sebagai "Fasten Seatbelt"
Waktu kejadian : Rabu, 18 Juni 2025 pada pukul 14:56
Event capture/record broken tidak bisa dibuka
Event capture/record rusak tidak bisa di buka.
Issue ini muncul setelah ada perbaikan di sisi server pada tanggal 27 Mei 2025 , Sore Hari.

Penyebabnya adalah : Incomplete synchronization of device parameters di sisi server
Catatan : Fix completely in next version
Event "Schedule Tracking" selalu muncul di report
Penyebabnya : This event is a scheduled location update of the device.
Solusi : If you don't want it to appear in the report, you can filter it out by checking "location" option

Respon video live stream lambat
Video Live Stream sering menampilkan peringatan “Data exception, attempt to reconnect”
Ada beberapa kemungkinan penyebabnya, antara lain:
- Kualitas sinyal GSM yang kurang baik
- SIM Card (By U) dibatasi kecepatan internet oleh ISP
Solusi : Dilakukan pergantian SIM Card dari By U ke Simpati

Perangkat MDVR di LV SNC shutting down tiba-tiba
Date : 30 Mei 2025
Issue : MDVR Devices are shutting down , with input voltage 12V / 5A
Description : Problem possibility in ground area
Status : On Monitor with action move to another ground tapping
Parameter are not uploaded properly
Issue : Some parameter are not uploaded properly
Description : Meitrack team working on it and will oprimize the MM software to solve this issues.
- Meitrack team has solved the problem by upgrading Meitrack Manager application

Monitor display stuck on single channel
Issue : Display monitor stuck on single channel. Can't return to multichannel display. Even though the device has been restarted. It is still stuck. If the solution is to connect a mouse to return the display to multichannel.
Description : Please kindly check the setting from MM, if he play time is set 0 second, the corresponding channel will keep playing all the time
- Solved Problem. Configuration settings are correct. And update to V108 firmware

ADAS camera doesnt display AI line
Issue : ADAS Camera does not display the marking line, AI founction doesn't work until reset the configuration through mobil APP
Description : As we discussed, please update the firmware to MD600-Y1H141V108.070 version, it's suspected that the previous version of firmware is unstable, if this issue happen again after upgrading, please let us know.

How long is the data stored
Issue : How long is the data stored on your MS06 web application? (3 month)
Desription : If client use Meitrack server, historical data can be stored for free for three months. Both normal videos and alarm videos can be stored for free up to 6GB on the FTP server. Extra charge is required if you need to increase these limits.
